Making impact business as usual

Making a positive impact is at the heart of everything we do here at Jobs For Good. So, as well as planting trees for every approved role we share, we dedicate time to making a positive impact outside of our (virtual) office. This includes donating at least 2% of our profits, plus taking part in four volunteering days and two fundraisers every year.

Meet our impact partners

At the start of each year we sit down as a team to decide which organisations we want to support. For 2022, we've chosen causes that fall under four of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals: Gender Equality, Climate Action, No Poverty and Life Below Water.

Team volunteering days

We complete a variety of volunteering days every year, including creating meals from surplus food for vulnerable people with FEAST With Us, sorting through food donations with The Felix Project, serving lunch to vulnerable communities with Refettorio Felix, litter picks and much more!

Fundraisers

For our first fundraiser of 2022, we took on Tough Mudder! We challenged ourselves to the ultimate obstacle course including a giant ice bath, a three-story high climb, electroshock wires and more, all over a 10k run.

Not only did our team smash it, but we also raised over £1,000 for Alzheimer’s Society, a cause that's close to all of our hearts.

2022 Impact Report

We'll be releasing our yearly Impact Report in April 2023, so keep your eyes peeled for a full run down of how we made an impact in 2022.
