The Supply Chain Team is a matrix organization within Beyond Meat that is dedicated to creating food products that are leading the gold standard in plant-based proteins. They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault, PA as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will manage and oversee all logistic activities including inbound, outbound, and production material movement to ensure efficient processes and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities will include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. To be successful in this position, the Warehouse Supervisor should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes, be an effective team leader, a great problem solver, and display strong organizational skills.TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESSupervising logistic material flowSupervise supply chain staff in daily activities
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on logistic productivityTeam development through knowledge transfer and accountabilityInternally tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materialsDaily validation of item receipts and warehouse inventory accuracyMaintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation Ensuring standards and compliance with health and safety regulations are maintainedCommunicating and coordinating with other departments Lead issue resolution through root cause problem solving methodologiesAdhere to all facility policies concerning safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Supervisory Duties Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse employees, conduct training for all processes within the warehouse settingProvide mentorship and training to functional team membersAccountable for developing talent through on-going performance feedback and career management coachingQUALIFICATIONSEducation, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: Degree in business, management, logistics; or equivalent work experience in a warehouse manufacturing environment.3 - 4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is preferredStrong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management Other qualifications:Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, not a requirementTime management skills and the ability to delegate tasksExcellent leadership and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry softwareRoot cause analysis and strong problem-solving skillsWORK ENVIRONMENTWarehouse and production manufacturing environment that includes both tempered and ambient areas.
