Technical Support L1 Lead at Vivacity

We are looking for a passionate Technical Support Lead to join our Technical Operations team. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 pa. Reporting to: Rachel Holden, Technical Operations Team Lead.Location: London with work from home and flexible options.

We are currently rolling out thousands of sensors across the UK, Europe and beyond. Our technical operations team is responsible for the remote deployment, monitoring and management of our network of Internet of Things sensors. This includes a combination of using internal tools and navigating Linux operating systems to deploy software, calibrate new data feeds and validate their accuracy.  Our L1 support team will be the first one to respond to any errors that appear in our system.

About youYou are someone with a natural curiosity or passion for technology. Ideally, you have a couple of years of experience in a Technical Support or Operations role, and eagerness to learn all about our technology. This role has team management responsibilities so we’re looking for candidates with previous management experience.
