We're looking for a Talent Lead to join our recruitment team in London.

You will work closely with our other recruiters and the hiring managers across Octopus Energy - we share ideas and look to continually evolve the way we do things to improve candidate experience and our teams hire amazing people.

This role specifically will focus on for our Energy Services business as we spearhead this revolution, our new Low Carbon Tech centre is based in Slough and you can read more about it HERE. The roles will vary across different types and levels within Low Carbon Technology and you will be responsible for taking ownership of reporting across different teams, hiring processes, and innovative ways we can scale the business. You'll report into the group Head of Talent Acquisition.

What you'll do This role is focused on overseeing the interview pipelines for roles across octopus energy services Report on pipelines, processes to the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior management in this entityBuild great relationships with hiring managers You will hands on recruit as well as taken ownership for the strategic side of the role Constantly provide an amazing candidate experience and look for ways to improve this across the team You'll need to source, attract and recruit the best candidates for senior hires You'll be confident when managing and reporting to stakeholders independentlyYou'll be comfortable managing peopleYou'll come up with innovative recruitment campaigns to attract amazing people to join our mission Work collaboratively across the wider recruitment team You'll work closely with the head of talent acquisition on wider TA strategies for our Energy Services business
