To support our incredible journey we need your help to build world class teams. Your role will be to ensure the talent pipeline for key roles is being progressed and supporting candidates through the initial recruitment phases. You will be responsible for generating the candidate pipeline for Octopus Energy Generation and Octopus Energy for Business. What you'll do Partner closely with stakeholders and the recruitment team to understand role requirements and ensure the best candidate experienceScreen CVs and applications - assessing candidates to determine and generate a shortlist for the team to progress with, based on specific role requirementsPre-screen candidates including availabilities and other details Track pipeline activity via our ATS, Lever and share data with the team Look at different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and support with sourcing campaigns Advertise and maintain job adverts across different advertising platforms Adhoc support for the team for example, scheduling interviews, following up with candidate contracts, candidate feedback, making sure job postings are up to date and accurate etc.Introduce new ideas and improvements What you'll needA passion for delivering a world class candidate experience A growth mindset - desire to learn about the industry driving the Energy Transition An ability to communicate with, and attract a wide variety of skillsets at different levelsPrevious experience in consultative recruiting, or a similar roleBe highly organised - have strong time management and prioritising skills, good attention to detail, able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to deliver to tight deadlinesTo be comfortable working with some ambiguity; enjoy mucking in and wearing multiple hats Why else you'll love it hereWondering what the salary for this role is?
