We are looking for a highly organised individual to assist with stock management in the field, ensuring deliveries are managed in a timely manner and returns are monitored accurately.
You will be liaising with our engineers to ensure they have the correct assets when working in the field. This role will encompass using your stakeholder management skills to liaise with suppliers and service partners.
We are looking for somebody with awesome people skills and a keen eye for detail. The role is working as part of a team, so being a team player is essential.
As a Stock and Asset Coordinator, you'll also need you to know your way around Excel, as you’ll primarily be working off this. What you'll do Placing & tracking orders for materials to be delivered to our warehouseResponsible for returns across all OE productsImproving and maintaining processes (Warranty, IST, Recerts, good stock, scrappage)Liaising with stakeholders & third parties on processesCreating reports on logistics performanceProvide project support for asset related initiatives (stock transfers, returns).Planning stock transfers between our logistics partnersLog & maintain detailed informationWhat you'll needSolid attention to detailGood experience in at least some of the areas mentioned above (we're not expecting any candidate to be an expert in all areas)Proven experience of knowledge in working with excel and google sheetsIdeally will have knowledge of logistics processingIdeally will have worked with stock management systemsExperience analysing dataIdeal: Good background in smart metering and related functionsWhy else you'll love it hereOctopus Energy is a unique culture.
