About the Role:
The Global People Operations Team is responsible for creating a human-centered, globally sensitive, and progressive Benefits & People Ops function, including leadership for direct reports. You will own the design and operationalization of key processes, programs, and tools that enable the People Operations team to work efficiently and focus on achieving global scale. This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations.
Impact You’ll Own:
Key contributor to the People Operations team strategy with direct responsibility to operationalize globally
Lead, inspire and help grow team of People Operations partners and coordinators as they ensure consistent world-class employee experience
Lead operations support and build strong partnerships with foundational teams (People Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Corp Eng) to work on all people-related processes
Play leading role in managing the People Operations project roadmap and routinely presenting out on progress as aligned to Team OKRs. Optimize and maintain all People team systems, tools and data. Including handling user roles for key People team systems, maintaining quality data and related compliance processes
Provide oversight on execution against global Benefits programs
Oversee development and ongoing management and improvement of global, scalable people processes with tools that balance our employees’ experiences with compliance and legal requirements
Own processes compliance, including documentation, related checklists, and ensuring audits are timely and accurate
Review current workflows and processes, identifying gaps/other improvement needs, and develop and execute on improvements
Identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience across all geographies
Create and lead various training, change management and enablement initiatives geared toward helping stakeholders understand key People processes
What You Bring:
8+ years of leading a global People Operations function, preferably in high-growth tech companies
2+ years managing global teams
5+ years of experience with HR Systems
Experience with project management driving prioritization based on business needs
Experience using data to drive stakeholder engagement and decisions
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience with Bamboo, Workday, Paylocity, and Greenhouse
Advanced skill level with Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Slides
Experience designing and executing on change management

Compensation (only applicable for Colorado applicants):
The base pay range targeted for this position in Colorado is: $138,600 - $211,500. This role is eligible for equity.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations.
