As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team, which is where you come in.
As a Senior B2B Marketing Lead, you own Too Good To Go’s development and implementation of acquisition and co-branded marketing campaigns with our prospects and partners in the UK. You will lead Too Good To Go’s marketing presence with partners across the entire Partnership Journey (from Acquisition to Retention) for both large chains and independent stores. Managing a Partnerships Marketing Manager and with scope to recruit further team members in Lead Acquisition and Account-Based Marketing next year, you will define the B2B and Partner Marketing Budget and targets.
Lead the Acquisition Marketing initiatives with our Platinum and Gold Supermarkets prospects
Conduct assessment and prioritisation of our collaboration opportunities with strategic Key Accounts in the UK
Define the Lead Generation targets and budget
Guide, support and develop a high-performing Partner Marketing Manager in the implementation of a solid co-branded strategy
Identify trends and market potentials, evaluate business opportunities to be proactive in our Marketing approach with Key Accounts and Halos
Experience in B2B Marketing and Lead Generation, with a track record of managing the budget and implementation of relevant lead generation channels (both online and offline), as well as solid co-branded campaigns across multiple internal/external touchpoints and channels
Demonstrated success in Account-based marketing, having worked hand-in-hand with senior Sales Team stakeholders to successfully fashion, implement and land personalised campaigns targeted at high-value prospects
Experience working with internal and external teams where you’ve shown an ability to inspire and activate a range of stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills in order to optimise the performance of our lead generation channels and challenge the status quo
Brilliant organisation, project management and time-management skills - knows how to prioritise and deliver quality content under tight deadlines
Great eye for detail, ensuring all written and visual Partner Marketing communication is compelling and accurate
Eager to bring new ideas to the table to win over partners
A true passion for sustainability - you understand the urgency of action for the planet.
Experience in tech or F&B companies is a strong plus.
