The Executive Leadership Team depends heavily on the Global Strategy team to manage cross-functional teams against the company’s most important business initiatives, developing long-term plans and leading teams to execute against them, providing line of sight to our future.

As our organization continues to grow globally and expand its product line, we are looking for a Global Strategy Senior Analyst to help effectively lead projects at the highest level toward conclusion.

The ideal candidate would take an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and be prepared to regularly & roll up their sleeves & across a broad range of responsibilities.Support strategic initiatives that are the highest priority for the CEO across the organization, including managing cross-functional teams at all levels, both within the organization and with partner organizationsDevelop valuation analysis / scenario testing to support new business initiatives for both organic and inorganic growthManage the development of priority external relationships, including but not limited to those involved in potential acquisitions/investments and strategic partnersLead executive leadership team discussions on output of project work and provide recommendations based on analysis and insightsActively scan the competitive landscape for potential strategic acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnersSupport financial and marketing analysis, including competitive trends and opportunities for strategic partnershipsEducation, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: Undergraduate degree with 2-4 years of work experience at a top tier investment bank or management consultancyProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesStrong quantitative analytical skillsetExcellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and conciselyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organizationHighly curious, with the courage to challenge the status quo while exhibiting the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsWORK ENVIRONMENTRequired to be on-site at corporate HQ (El Segundo, CA) with some potential travel (<5%)The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 95,000 and 105,000.  The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
