The Executive Leadership Team depends heavily on the Global Strategy team to manage cross-functional teams against the company’s most important business initiatives, developing long-term plans and leading teams to execute against them, providing line of sight to our future.

As our organization continues to grow globally and expand its product line, we are looking for a Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to help effectively lead projects at the highest level toward conclusion. 

The ideal candidate would take an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and be prepared to regularly "roll up his or her sleeves" across a broad range of responsibilities.

Spearhead strategic initiatives that are the highest priority for the CEO across the organization, including managing cross-functional teams at all levels, both within the organization and with partner organizationsDevelop valuation analysis / scenario testing to support new business initiatives for both organic and inorganic growthManage priority external relationships, including but not limited to those involved in potential acquisitions/investments, investors, and strategic partnersActively scan the competitive landscape for potential strategic acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnersLead a cross-functional team to develop presentations with recommendations to the Beyond Meat leadership teamWork with Marketing and other functional partners to conduct market research, including competitive trends analysis and opportunities for strategic partnershipsProvide interpretations of customer requirements or challenges and convert into feasible solutionsLead executive leadership team discussions on output of project workEducation, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: Undergraduate degree with 2-4 years of work experience at a top tier investment bank or management consultancyProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesExcellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and conciselyCross-functional initiative management, project management, and/or business operations experience preferredExtensive experience managing teams to drive to quantitative/qualitative analysis and insightsBusiness development / management of external relationships experience, including overseeing a team of management consultants/business analystsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with colleagues, including informally managing, at all levels of the organizationHighly curious, with the courage to challenge the status quo while exhibiting the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsWORK ENVIRONMENTRequired to be on-site at corporate HQ (El Segundo, CA) with some potential travel (<5%)The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 95,000 and 105,000.  The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
