We are looking for a Sales Executive who can make an impeccable first impression and set the stage for the sales experience at Wagestream AU. Motivated by career acceleration and growth, this is the perfect role for someone looking to transform their career in enterprise sales or software.
What would a normal week entail in this role?
New business prospecting and account planning across mid-market and enterprise clients
Building a pipeline of prospects for the Commercial Team
Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with clients
Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey, and making Wagestream top of agenda for staff benefits and wellbeing
Cross-collaboration with marketing on lead generation activities
Getting runs on the board by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Acting as an ambassador and advocate for Wagestream by sharing your passion and knowledge with customers, contacts and prospects

What you'll need to succeed:
The ability to quickly build rapport and genuine relationships with people
A desire to truly listen and understand how you can help people
The ability to educate and persuade executives in a professional manner
Ideally, experience in technology/HR sales, but not required so long as you have the confidence to pick up the phone and start having quality conversations
Process-oriented nature with attention to detail, not afraid of taking big tasks and making them your own
Research skills, and the ability to translate industry knowledge into digestible information for your audience
Start-up experience will be extremely helpful to quickly acclimate
A team player that can engage cross-functionally and contribute to best practice
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Excellent OTE
