Our team has grown dramatically to over 120 staff today, with offices in London and Warwick and with overseas expansion planned for 2022.If you would like to know more check out our About page.RequirementsThe RoleIn order to provide our customers with the best cars, in the best condition at a competitive price is important that we continuously rotate and refresh our fleet. The Remarketing Team develops and manages a network of trader customers and sales channels to purchase the used vehicles coming off the fleet. The Remarketing Executive will primarily continually develop the customer base in line with defleet profiles, sell fleet to those customers and build lasting relationships. Being close to the used vehicle market you will also play an important role in feeding back market activity and trends to assist in the development of pricing and defleet strategies which will enable us to meet departmental targets whilst minimising vehicle downtime.

Who you are Previous automotive or sales experience, whilst not essential, would be an advantage. However, you should have a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
You will need good levels of numeracy and literacy, be experienced with excel/google sheets and be attention to detail oriented.
You will need to be a good communicator and be able to develop relationships built upon trust, honesty and excellent levels of customer service.

What you will do Continually develop and maintain an extensive network of trade buyers to meet the fleet profile as it evolves. Sell vehicles to meet volume, pricing and downtime targets Provide market and competitor feedback Work with internal (Operations & Finance) and external (Preparation Centre) colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience. Manage any customer issues promptly if they arise and ensure payments/customer collections are completed efficiently.
