As we tackle this ambition, we seek a PR Manager to help us continue to build a brand that riders and cities love. This person will report to the Global Communications Director.
This is a US based remote position with a preference for New York City or other Eastern Time Zone locations. What you'll do: Develop consumer media and PR strategy, pitch and secure earned lifestyle and consumer coverage that brings to life Lime’s mission, our rider stories, city partnerships, innovative vehicles and moreWrite creative and on-brand content to support our brand voice and personality, including blog posts, press releases, op-eds, talking points, FAQsSupport development of creative campaigns and activations to generate coverage in top tier consumer, marketing and tech pressManage top speaking and award opportunities for leadership Partner with Regional Comms in other countries, Brand Marketing, Social, Ops, Product, Government Relations, Rider Growth and Business Development teams on message development, partnerships, influencer and PR plansPrepare, analyze and refine measurement and monitoring reportsAbout you:5+ years media relations and consumer PR experience, including in a high-growth environment; Agency experience a plusYou’re a media hound, have great relationships with top tier consumer, tech, business and marketing press and a portfolio of clips to show offExcellent writing skills, able to convey why and what we do concisely and without jargon!Owner mindset, always proactive and adaptable problem-solverHigh-energy and ability to confidently communicate with and influence a diverse team across the companyA natural curiosity to always listen to our riders, look out for cultural and local trends, measure and learnMaintain cool and humor in times of stressExperience working in a global company across time zones, with an understanding of how to both maintain consistency of global messaging as well as understanding and applying cultural nuances The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $122,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
