Production Worker

Who You Are

As a Production Worker, you are working in one of our Infarm Growing Centres, where we produce plants at scale using our vertical farming techniques. You are a team player with a high attention to detail, ensuring the healthy growth of all our plants as the end result of your daily work.

Primary Responsibilities

Harvest, plant, package and finalise Infarm products while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to our clients with minimal food waste

Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment

Work in the production line and meet production targets

Report any issues to the supervisor on duty

Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation and guidelines

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

A passion for plants, sustainability or nutrition 

Strong attention to detail and a good eye and caring for cleanliness

Physical ability for repetitive pulling, pushing, twisting, bending, heavy lifting and standing

Valid working visa

Working knowledge of English required, to a level where written procedures and instructions can be understood

Open to work 4 days per week, full-time, including weekends.
