We’re looking for a People Systems Specialist (HRIS) to join our People Operations team in London.
You will work closely with the People Operations team and Leads across the organisation to continuously improve our people systems and processes and ultimately enhance people’s experience throughout their journey with us.
You will be accountable for the maintenance and development of the organisation’s global people systems (from HRIS, references system to employee engagement tool) to measurably enhance individual experience and organisational performance.
From ensuring managers are set up for success at the onboarding stage through to ensuring team members leave as ambassadors to the company. This role has a significant focus on people system excellence and manager enablement.
You will provide proactive and reactive guidance to team members and managers on our people processes and systems. As well as manage people systems projects end to end from discovery, design, testing through to delivery and beyond.
We are looking for a growth focused, hands-on specialist who sees the people processes and systems as an opportunity to empower others and build relationships so that they can manage effectively their team members. What you'll do Lead the development and enhancement of people systems functionality globally to improve people experienceEngage with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure systems are fully operational, utilised and keeping on top of trends and system upgrades Support and lead on the people systems element of wider People Operations projectsAssist and coach users with speedy resolution of any escalated people system issuesCreate and maintain support guides (where absolutely required or extremely helpful) for the team to manageManage people systems security, auditing and ensure compliance
