People Director

🔭 Our mission & vision

We created allplants to make eating more plants exciting and easy, delivering delightful, healthier food to busy homes everywhere.

Job Description

It’s no surprise that in 2022 there are big shifts happening in the way people are thinking about the planet and their health. Over the next decade, plant curious diets will grow from 55% to 100% of Europeans, transforming our food systems.
This shift is being driven by two mainstream movements: Climate Crisis- prompting people to reduce their carbon and planetary footprint with changes to what they eat and Healthy Living - with the aspirational wellness movement propelling a pursuit of quality nutrition and balance in busy lives.

Currently there are hardly any companies making vegan delicious or exciting, subsequently allplants have identified a unique opportunity for market leadership with food companies behind the curve on the quality, innovation and branding of their products for plant curious audiences. allplants are pioneers in this space, defining a new category. Whilst allplants currently follows a D2C model in the UK, there is a huge opportunity for the brand to sell via multichannel and to meet the burgeoning plant curious audiences across Europe and beyond.
