We’re looking for an exceptional People & Culture Coordinator to join the Italian superstar team at Too Good To Go in Milan.
As part of the Italian People & Culture team, you will be reporting to our Country Director and have the back-up of a supportive global People & Culture community. Partnering with the Country Director, you will contribute to build an inclusive and engaging employee experience and work environment at the local office(s) and in the country. You will also be responsible to execute different P&C activities in partnership with Global P&C Center of Excellence and P&C Business partners (L&D, B Corp, DEI, EVP….). No matter what we do, we are above all a people-driven company. We need someone who can get stuck in the day-to-day operations and support our employees to do amazing work. You will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs as well as any other administrative tasks as and when they arise. You will be based in Milan.
Being responsible for our local HR/Admin operational tasks (i.e. employment records, updating internal HR systems…)
Be the point of contact for the payroll process (contracts, salary processing, ...)
Being responsible for our Time&Attendance process by providing relevant employee information to the payroll (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Administrate new hires and employees leaving and keep local HR data updated at all times
Working with Cluster P&C Business Partner to ensure a fit-for-purpose organisation design and that critical capabilities are being developed as needed within the country
Supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team contributing to the recruitment process, setting up interviews and handle communication with candidates
Managing our onboarding process and welcoming everyone in true Too Good To Go manner
Creating a strong partnership with Universities (i.e.career fairs, internships, events...)
Working with People Operation Cluster Lead to ensure effective people operations (incl. payroll), and compliance with country specific frameworks and policies.
The local face of P&C, and daily go-to-person for P&C questions for all employees within the country (no matter if they are part of local sales organisation or belongs to global functions)
You have previous experience experience in an HR / P&C role (contracts, payroll processing, recruitment,...) and have a good working knowledge of Italian employment law
You have experience working with an HR Admin System (i.e. BambooHR) and you have previously worked with an Applicant Tracking System
You are fluent in Italian (C2 level) and have a professional proficiency in English
You are organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
You have great communication and relationship-building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business
