🔭 Our mission & vision

Job Description

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste.

Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss!

Through our marketplace app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast, with our community of 69 million users in 17 countries saving more than 181 million meals from going to waste! But there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager in our Copenhagen office.

Your mission:

As Partner Marketing Manager - Nordics you will be part of an international and multidisciplinary marketing team. You will collaborate closely with our Key Accounts teams, with a focus on Denmark, and build and strengthen relationships with our partners’ marketing teams, getting buy-in for co-branded, joint campaigns and in-store activations.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead of Cluster North, you will be responsible for the Nordics B2B2C strategy and its implementation. Your responsibilities include:

Local and Cluster-level Partner Marketing with KA Partners: including Joint Marketing, KA Employee Engagement & Trade Shopper Marketing activation.

Work closely with B2C Marketing to amplify relevant activity through Partner channels where appropriate.

Work with the local KA team to support KA & Sales activity.

Coordinate centrally-led Lead Gen activity for the region.

Share best practices and learnings with the Marketing and Key Accounts teams to help continuously optimise our work with partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is beneficial.

Proven experience in a similar role with a B2B2C focus.

Marketing holistic vision and KPI & results oriented.

Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented. You are hyper-organised and prioritise execution, with the ability to adapt and innovate in an ever-changing fast-growing environment.

Great stakeholder management. Able to collaborate cross team, demonstrates capability to collaborate closely between local and global operations.

Experience of integrated campaign delivery across multiple internal/external touchpoints and channels.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate joint plans and marketing ideas.

A make-it-happen person who doesn't hesitate to roll up your sleeves – but you also think about the long-term impact and requirements.

Full fluency in Danish
