Our app connecting businesses with unsold food, and consumers willing to buy at a discounted rate has grown since 2016 to become the biggest in Europe, with over 60 Million users, and more than 149 million meals saved.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? We are expanding our team as we speak. And that’s where you come in:

we’re looking for an exceptional Partner Care Specialist to join our superstar Success team in Warsaw.

This position requires to go to the office 3 times per week 

 

Your mission

Reporting to the Partner Manager Team Lead in Poland, you will be the main contact for our partner stores. You will be the voice of Too Good To Go to our partners and turn them into ambassadors by providing best-in-class customer service, and an inspiring store journey. You’ll inspire and empower our partners to take action against food waste and to become part of the movement.

Your role

You answer enquiries from our partners over email, chat, SoMe and phone, ensuring all your communications are clear and consistent with our brand.

You encourage, inspire and empower our partners towards less food waste and more sustainable behaviour - this means you will proactively contact our partner stores..

You support Partner Managers team in administrative and operational tasks eg. updating worklists, Salesforce data and monitoring project results.

You will also communicate with the sales and customer care teams about the information you gather from our community in order to find ways to improve our service.

You will be in close contact with the Accounting team to manage partners’ payments

 

Requirements

You have experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Care 

You are fully proficient in Polish and fluent in English 

You have experience in negotiating and you know how to manage difficult conversations

You know how to interpret basic data and are familiar with Excel and/or G-Sheets

You’re a great communicator and love to work in a team

You are empathetic and remain professional and helpful under pressure.

You genuinely love interacting with people, building lasting relationships with our partners, and calmly handle any daily challenges with a positive mindset.
