About the Role:Ā Ā
We are looking for an experienced Partner Business Manager to join our Global Channel Partnerships Team in order to scale business growth in the EMEA region. In this role you will manage some of our most strategic partners driving business growth and creating long term healthy partnerships . This is a great opportunity for someone who gets excited about shaping the future and likes to be āhands onā. You will develop existing partnersĀ as well as identifying new partners aligned with our global strategy in a high growth and fast paced environment. This is a results focused position with partner sales growth being a key measure of success. Shaping and delivering the strategic plans is also key. Experience with collaboration across multiple functions and operating successfully in a team environment will be important to this role. Excellent collaboration skills aligned with individual drive will be required.
Impact Youāll Own:
Support channel strategy based on Planetās definitive target markets. Help the Channel evolve by introducing creative ideas about programs, sales strategies, and incentives to extend to partners to drive growth.
Manage the business relationships with the partners in the region, such as commercial relationship, sales and technical enablement, etc. Responsible for ensuring that partners are conducting business up to Planetās company standards.
Manage the right coverage and mix of partners within the region (resellers,solution partners,system integrators).Ā
Define partner-specific business plans with quantifiable goals and sign new partners as needed.
Follow process, criteria, and controls for selection, management and performance of channel partners.Ā
Proactively drive partner pipeline and revenue per partner for the region.
Actively manage partner enablement to sell and service our full range of products. Ensure partners, sales and management are working together in the sales process, lead generation, registering opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue, and tracking to required revenue goals established by their discount tier.
Drive regional sales through partners and execute go-to-market strategies.Ā
Participate in sales cadence of Sales Kickoff, Quarter Business Reviews and weekly Forecast calls.
Contribute to, and participate in, the strategic channel planning at a global level
What You Bring:
Minimum 5+ years of channelĀ sales experienceĀ
ExcellentĀ leadership and coaching skills
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding partner sales targets
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a high-growth, fast paced culture
Excellent communicator with strong presentation, speaking, and writing skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed
Experience working remotely and the ability to stay motivated
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience working with geospatial imagery and/or Earth Observation
Track record of working with technology channels
Degree or equivalent business experience
A desire to win and a focus on customer satisfaction
A bias to working in a fast paced environment
