Lime is looking for a strategic, analytical, and transformational Order Management Specialist for its global supply chain team, reporting into the Director, Global Logistics & Warehousing. You will own the development and implementation of an effective order management process with related reporting and systems optimization for our Global Supply Chain team.

We are a remote first company and welcome applications from California, Texas, Oregon and Washington.What You'll Do: Quickly assess the current order flow process, identifying opportunities for improvementExtract data from multiple sources such as Google Sheets, JIRA, Orka, etc to aggregate into a weekly order dashboard status reportManage and enhance communications from SC logistics and warehouse hub operations teams to our key stakeholders in Ops and SCOPEnsure timely order status updates are made across platforms & systemsMonitor hub fulfillment performance against operational standards and identify key areas of opportunity for improvementReview new orders and allocations to align with SCOP on fulfillment plans and feasibilityMonitor new orders for compliance to SC processing standardsServe as point person for scoping sessions relating to the ERP implementation for order management transactions & flowsAssist with integrations to external platforms to highlight order flow requirementsAbout You: 2+ years of experience working in an order management related functionFamiliar with order processing within an ERP, preferably prior direct experience with NetSuite Experience with best in class order management processesKnowledgeable of warehouse management systems and fulfillment operationsPrior experience with NetSuite ERP platform for implementation and optimizations specific to order set up and transactionsExcellent problem solving skills with ability to influence business leaders and teamsExperience utilizing Excel to manipulate large amounts of data Prior hands on experience working in a global inventory management related roleExperience with business intelligence platforms such as PowerBi or othersBachelor's DegreeWhat We Offer: Opportunity to revolutionize transportation in cities around the world with the leader in urban micro-mobility solutionsScale with a rapidly growing organization, with significant opportunity for growthPlay a role in the transformation of urban mobility and sustainabilityWork with a team of successful, fun and motivated peopleCompetitive salary and benefitsIn accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $65,000, plus equity and benefits.
