We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team, working alongside the operations manager to lead our local operations team on the ground in Melbourne. Your role will optimise the fleet, coordinate our team and understand what our local riders want. You'll be the voice of Lime in the community, working with councils, communities and business to increase ridership and promote safety.

You’ll manage our ongoing relationship with Good Cycles, a social venture providing Lime with a team of leaders, mechanics, and warehouse staff. In this partnership you’ll oversee and coach them to ensure they perform at their best aligning with our targets. You will work in a hyper-local perspective, knowing your community, its suburbs and the way it moves. You will build ‘stuff’ - processes, models, presentations, scripts - and support implementation of high-impact, operationally-driven projects. What You'll Also DoHire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle  Build a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for the Australian marketDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehousePartner cross-functionally on operations  projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation supportPartner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issuesMaintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime managementCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growthAbout You1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position Experience leading teams or groups preferred  Demonstrated expertise with the Melbourne region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this areaGrit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environmentHigh-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset Fluent verbal and written English language skills  Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Valid driver license and acceptable Driving Record#LI-Onsite#LI-GL1
