Operations Associate, Nice at Lime

We are looking for a rigorous profile with a data-driven mindset to join the Lime operations team in Nice. As an Operations Associate, you will continually improve our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the eyes and ears to understand the local needs of our users. You'll face challenges throughout our operational journey, from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse to the end of a customer's ride. This position is a great opportunity to be on the front line in shaping the future of mobility in Nice.What you will do:Manage the daily operations of the market in order to have the maximum number of bicycles available for rental in accordance with the maximum limit given by the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis.Management of teams in the warehouse and in the field.Hire, train and mentor all levels of mechanics and operators responsible for the deployment and recovery of our shared electric vehicles.Define and implement rigorous industrial and logistical processes in the warehouse in order to guarantee the incoming and outgoing flows of bicycles in a fluid and clear manner.Work in partnership with other departments to improve market performance by analysing internal and external data.Achieve the objectives defined by the manager by looking daily at the different KPI’s Work with metropolitan services to respond to their requests as soon as necessary.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive local growth initiatives.About you:1 to 3 years of professional experience; ideally 1 year or more of experience in a logistics-type operational position.Experience in managing field teams such as technicians.Demonstrated expertise in knowledge of the territory of the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges in this area.Have a rigorous mind and be able to be autonomous and flexible.Be familiar with data analysis and excel/gsheet spreadsheets.Mastery sustained level French (native language).Fluency in oral and written English (Level C1).Goodmastery Excel and Google Sheets (knowledge of Tableau and SQL would be a plus) with the ability to draw conclusions from data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.#LI-Onsite#LI-TG1
