Operations Associate - Munich at Lime

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial individual to join our German Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will actively support our core business growth in Munich and Nuremberg, Germany, including important markets by participating in various supply-related projects.

This is an initial 6-month placement with a view to permanent. 

What You'll Do: Supervision of Lime's daily operationsFleet managementKey account management of outsourced partnersMaintaining relationships with authorities in Berlin, Dresden and other cities in the region (e.g. Ordnungsamt, Police, public transit companies etc.)Optimize service area, hotspots and deployment strategies to ensure our vehicles are positioned in line with demand patternsLead a team of Operations Specialists tasked with in-field repairs and asset recoveryDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellenceBe involved in cost management effortsParticipate in the hiring, training and supervision of the ground teamProduce ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisionsAbout You: You know Munich/Nuremberg well and are have genuine interest in making mobility in the city more sustainableSome familiarity with the region and ability to anticipate operational challenges Lime may face thereBilingual in both German and EnglishGraduate of an accredited business or engineering schoolPast experience in a startup, investment banking, consulting, or other demanding fieldsProject management experienceCan-do attitude, no task is below youAbility to navigate and decode dataProficient in Excel and Google SheetsExcellent communication skillsNatural leadershipOrganized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environmentSome people management experience is a plusSome knowledge of geo analytical software (kepler.gl, QGIS, Google Earth) and SQL is a plus#LI-onsite#LI-PD1
