Nursery Worker, Hannover

As Nursery Worker, you will be supporting our Nursery Growers in one of our hydroponic nurseries inside one of our Plant Hubs where we produce plants for further production or distribution in our Instore locations. You ensure that the environment enables healthy growth, know every variety in detail and ensure smooth processes. You don’t mind working on clearly defined and at times repetitive tasks. Moreover, having high attention to detail and being well organised are among your strongest skills.

In this position you are working part time (32h/week) on 4 days.



Support the monitoring of the germination process and detect deficiencies, diseases and under-performance

Select and prepare the correct and best-performing seedlings for packing and planting in our production farms or for transportation to our instore farms

Maintain the nursery by cleaning the irrigation system and trays, discarding old or under-performing seedlings

Ensure that hygienic, safety and health standards are met at all times



Valid working visa

Fluent in German or English 

Strong attention to detail and a good eye and caring for cleanliness

Prepared to perform manual and repetitive tasks and processes

Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
