Marketplace Operations Associate (Remote) at Pachama

The Role:Pachama is looking for a Marketplace Operations Associate to help ensure data and transactions are consistent between our demand and supply pipelines. This individual overseas transactions being conducted in the Pachama marketplace (specifically around credit movement and retirements) and develops processes and systems that ensure business data integrity.
This person will also work closely with our growing Carbon Development team to build out commercial processes.

Through the Pachama marketplace, responsible companies and individuals can connect with carbon credits from projects that are protecting and restoring forests worldwide.What You Will Help Us With:Own the end to end process of executing and managing transactions on the Pachama platform including retirement of creditsPartner with Accounting & Product to drive forward weekly reconciliation processes across our systemsDesign new commercial processes to support our growing Carbon Development team and partner with Revenue Operations to create new toolingHelp bring new forecast and data driven metrics to pipelines for cross-team visibilityExperience & Skills We're Looking For:Demonstrated ability to track and follow-up on detailed action itemsExperience working experience in payments, settlements, trading, and/or a finance operations roleA background in creating data insights and metrics that aid process improvementExperience designing practical, useful operational processes for teamsDemonstrated ability to handle ambiguous problems and drive to solutionExperience with Salesforce or creating forecasts a plus but not a requirementYou'll Have the Opportunity to:Ensure execution of critical systems to the companyCreate brand new process and bring organization to a scaling start-upRoll-your sleeves up to find ways to use data to improve forecast and decision makingEven if you don’t meet all these requirements, we encourage you to apply if this job description excites you.
