We’re looking for a brilliant engineer to help us create a truly fantastic, world class manufacturing facility from the ground up, and support the development of sleek and sophisticated manufacturing processes and products..What you'll do Plan, design, set up, test, modify, optimise and monitor manufacturing processes and equipmentResearch, propose and implement opportunities for process improvementEnsure equipment and processes meet health, safety, quality and environmental requirementsKeep up to date with current and developing trends in manufacturing and heat pumpsSupport the maintenance team to trouble-shoot and repair manufacturing equipmentProvide engineering input to the planning and organising of maintenance
What you'll need Proven experience in providing technical engineering support within a mechanised, volume manufacturing settingRelevant engineering degreeTo be computer literate and a proficient user of CAD and MS Office applicationsAwareness of health, safety and environmental considerationsIt would be great if you had knowledge of heat pump technology, manufacturing methods and experience with research and development, however, this is not essential
