The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Logistics team supporting a rapidly growing business. You will be a key individual responsible for ensuring Onto customers always receive a reliable, quality, bespoke delivery and collection service. You will be working as part of a critical business team that is passionate about providing a customer-focused, high-quality Logistics operation.Please note: You will be required to work 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. Contract hours are 10:00am - 18:30pm.

Responsibilities: Ownership of the planning, organisation, monitoring and quality control of our customer delivery and collections. Working closely with our driver network to ensure that all quality and compliance requirements are met. Real-time monitoring of movements, quickly reacting to any events that may delay deliveries. Proactively notifying customers on changes to their planned delivery or collection. Developing new logistics processes and services to find the most efficient way to deliver Electric Vehicles to our customers as the company grows. Managing the collection of vehicles from problematic customers using our professional recovery suppliers. Ideally we’re looking for: High proficiency on Microsoft Excel Passionate about delivering a bespoke logistics operation that puts the customer experience at the heart of everything that we do Solution driven to ensure quickest resolution of delivery issues and efficient communication of solutions to customers A strong focus and pragmatic approach to problem-solving High level of accuracy and attention to detail Flexible and well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time High performer that is ready to join a fast-paced & dedicated team that steps up to challenges and performs best under pressure Nice to have but not necessary:

Previous experience in managing vehicle movements and managing driver movements would be beneficial Enthusiastic about electric vehicles, knowledge of EV charging infrastructure would be beneficial Benefits
