We’re looking for an exceptional Key Partner Growth Manager to join the Polish superstar team at Too Good To Go in Warsaw.

Your mission

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts in Poland, you are the main contact for our key account stores and work closely with them resolving issues and improving performance. You will follow closely our KPIs in order to set up proactive processes to ensure your Key Account stores have a high retention rate, great performances and, ultimately, inspire them towards a more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.

This role requires working from the office in Warsaw 3 days per week.

Your role

You choose the relevant communication channels to deliver the right message, encouraging, inspiring and empowering them towards more sustainable behaviour in order to help us grow our mission.

You improve our store knowledge thanks to data insights.

You develop strong expertise on a specific segment to be able to customize the store journey.

You follow up with Customer care to ensure consumer complaints are handled promptly and collaborate with Marketing to increase consumer awareness of our partners.

You collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early on and improve processes, locally and globally.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role. 

You think analytically and are solution-oriented and a problem solver. 

You have a high attention to detail.

You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to negotiate with partners.

You are fully proficient (C1) in Polish and proficient in English (minimum B2).

With your positive and proactive attitude, you build lasting relationships with our partners and calmly handle any challenge with a positive mindset.

You are a true team player and engage with feedback.
