🔭 Our mission & vision

Job Description

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste. We are a social impact company and through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy food at a discounted price.  But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace, we create educational tools, explore new business opportunities and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We are growing fast, with our community 75+ million. Users in 17 countries.  Together we have saved more than 212 million meals from going to waste since we started, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

To do so we are looking for an exceptional: Key Partner Growth Manager to join our danish superstar team at Too Good To Go located in Copenhagen!

Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts in Denmark, you are the main point of contact for our Key account stores and work closely with them resolving issues and improving performance. You will have your own portfolio of partners who you will manage together with the Key Account Manager responsible for the same partners.  You will closely follow our KPIs in order to set up proactive processes to ensure your Key Account Stores have a high retention rate, great performance and, ultimately, inspire them towards a more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.

Account Health: To identify poor performing stores and create action plans to improve them, as well as celebrating successes and assisting in scaling processes.

Embed the movement: As well as strengthening the relationship, you’ll work to embed the food waste movement with our key partners, this could be speaking at team meetings in stores or at area managers meetings.

Research: Independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in depth, map the challenges and understand how we can improve our value proposition in order to drive success of Too Good To Go within the stores

Supporting your partners, which will include call or visits stores daily or when needed.
