Key Account Team Lead at Too Good To Go
🔭 Our mission & vision
Too Good To Go is looking for a new Key Account Team Lead- Out Of Home
We are Too Good To Go, a certified and proud B-corp with a clear mission: to inspire and motivate everyone to take action against food waste 🌍. Currently, ⅓ of all food disappears into the trash. That has to stop! We were founded in 2015 in Denmark and currently operate in 17 countries. In 2018 we started in the Netherlands and now our team consists of over 50 'Waste Warriors'. With over 3.5 million app downloads in the Netherlands and around 9,000 partners, we are working hard to create a world without food waste. In fact, in 2022 we were voted the most inspiring organization in the Netherlands for the fourth time in a row!
📲 You probably know us from our app, where we offer leftover food and drinks from supermarkets, restaurants, suppliers, cafes, bakeries, hotels and specialty stores, among others, to users of our app. In this way, we have already saved over 17 million meals from the trash in the Netherlands. Worldwide, the counter already stands at more than 199+ million, which is the CO2 equivalent of the annual emissions of 53,000 Dutch people. Now that's making an impact.
As Key Account Team Lead for the Out Of Home segment, you will manage a team of 3 Key Account Managers and 1 Key Partner Manager. Your market knowledge, strong network and leadership experience will play a major role in the growth of Too Good To Go Netherlands. Your mission is to add as much supply as possible together with the Out of Home team. On the one hand by setting up new collaborations and on the other hand by saving even more food together with existing partners.
Establish a high performing team focused on spotting and capitalizing on opportunities to save food. You are ultimately responsible for the pipeline, forecast and overall results of the Key Accounts Out of Home team. Assist the team in making the right choices, coach and direct. Do market research, identify new potential Key Account partners and create a plan of action with your team. Lead by example by bringing in major partners yourself. Think along about commercial solutions and guard the pleasant atmosphere that exists now. You present and speak easily in large groups and function as a proud ambassador of our mission to partners. You will report directly to the Head of Key Accounts (MT) and will also contribute to strategy.
