About the Onto for Business Team:This is a brand new role within our Onto for Business team supporting a rapidly growing side of our business. Even though it will cover a wide range of responsibilities the main focus will be reporting, accounting and business partnering. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Onto for Business with your key objectives to support this growth. This role will have a large focus on building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for attaining and maintaining long term key clients by exceeding their demands and expectations.
This role is all about managing multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of service that we pride ourselves on. Excellent opportunities to develop and progress as the business grows. RequirementsLife as a Key Account Manager at Onto: You will grow and nurture multiple relationships with our clients who will mainly be decision makers at senior, board level through to the driver level Identify and profile potential new clients
To help with the creation and delivery of fleet management reports, contract performance data, and review meetings with the clients
To help with the development of various ordering processes and platforms
Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Responsible for compiling, managing and delivering contract retention and extension bids Work with the wider business teams to help deliver a high quality service to the clients

Experience Key Account Manager who can enable effective tender preparation, submission and contract negotiation Values & respects others, builds and maintains relationships Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction whilst managing client expectation Strong commercial acumen which aligns with the business objectives
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in order to gain buy in and support at all levels Enjoys problem solving Willingness to learn and use this to form new ideas which help the team & Onto Able to handle pressurised situations whilst putting customers at ease Able to work autonomously as well as being a positive team player
