We work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has been expanding rapidly across Europe and now also the US, with over 117 million meals saved across 17 countries to date.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but did we mention the huge issue? We are expanding our team as we speak. And that’s where you come in: We’re looking for a Key Account Go-to-Market manager. 


Your mission:

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Key Accounts, and working closely with our Products, Commercial & Marketing teams, your task is to commercialise our new product innovation and offering.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing a go-to-market process and standardising the way we ‘package’ and introduce new products and offerings to our Key Account Partners - and thus help to expand our solution beyond the Magic Bag.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Products, Commercial, Marketing, etc. as well as Cluster Directors and Country Heads of Key Accounts, in Operations, to make the new solutions impactful for our key account partners 🚀


The role will include:

Drive commercialisation and implementation of new products and solutions.

Collaboration with Marketing and Product to co-create value propositions, sales collaterals and users guide to enable excellent product rollouts.

Co-creation of successful Sales strategies that drive product adoption within the identified target market or segment.

Cooperation with Trade Marketing on the execution of global marketing campaigns supporting the new product offering.

Cooperation with Commercial Operations and relevant teams to structure CRM for any new product pipeline development (Salesforce)

Active engagement with Clusters and Countries to guide KAM teams through the product sales journey.

On an occasional basis, act as a subject-matter expert in front of our Key Accounts.



You have substantial product management experience, preferably acquired in a high-growth tech company. 

Ideally, you have also worked in a larger corporate environment.

You have owned a go-to-market agenda in a Global or Regional role before.

Your solid project management toolbox allows you to work well with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations.

You work in a structured way and have a commercial mindset.

You know what it takes to successfully move from a strategic to an executional level: you can think big and enjoy getting your hands dirty

You thrive in a fast-paced working environment and are comfortable with changes and ambiguity.

You have great executive presence and solid presentation skills.

You are a self-starting, make it happen person with high energy and passion.
