Job Description
Financial Process Improvements Associate
As a Financial Process Improvements Associate you will be part of the Accounting Team, supporting a wide variety of tasks across the whole department. This role requires a creative and detailed individual that is a good team-player and thrives in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities
Support Accounting Team during month/year end close and audit
Support ERP Implementation process
Design and implement procedures to make the month/year end close processes more efficient
Support Accounting systems development and improvement projects from planning to implementation, such as implementing new tools & changing end-to-end Accounting processes
Support Change Management initiatives
Provide training to people affected by change
Present and explain findings/suggestions in an easy and understandable way.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in Accounting and/or Finance functions
A solid understanding of Accounting fundamentals
Strong systems experience, including MS Excel and Google Suite
MS Dynamics D365 experience is a plus
Experience in ERP Implementation is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Both confident and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Keen interest in innovative technologies and focused in future of Accounting/Finance
Fluent in English.
