Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
Location: Flexible, but ideally three days per week at our office in London (or more if you want).

Our Finance team provides the right information for the business to make the right decisions. We split our time between creating financial information through our accounting & control function, and business partnering with the whole company to achieve strategic and financial objectives. The team is less than a year old, so this is an opportunity to help shape our impact in a company that’s growing fast.
About youWe’re looking for an ambitious, recently qualified accountant, who wants to get hands on experience of running a high growth early stage technology business.
Reporting to the Finance Director and with frequent exposure to the Founders, the Finance Manager will take on a broad role across the whole company. From regular monthly financial reporting through to identifying and creating commercial & operational improvements, it’s an exciting time to join Vivacity with annual revenue growth of > 100%.
Your opportunity here is to turn an effective month-end process into a fantastic one, and to dive deep into the business, using your detailed data understanding to drive value. What you’ll be doingOwning the monthly production of management accounts and business information, and issuing to the Board and management teamCash flow forecasting and operational management of cash flowWork with Founders and other Directors to establish a business partnering function, providing actionable insights on company performance and follow up with managers across the companyBuild commercial analysis for assessing business performance such as client profitabilityWork alongside Finance Director and Finance Assistant to build out the Finance function’s remit, identifying efficiency improvements to existing processes, and building new ones to support Vivacity’s growing international scaleAssist Finance Director in annual budgeting processWork with external accountants on statutory financial and tax filings
You don't need to have done all of these things before, but to excel in this role you will need to be keen to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
