Your role will focus on ensuring a smoothly run Field Operations team that is able to work as effectively as possible.The role will also utilise your analytical skills to report error patterns to relevant stake-holders and ultimately improve operational efficiency and the customer service experience.This is an opportunity to get under the skin of what it means to operate an energy company end-to-end and gain an in-depth understanding of a dynamic industry.What we value TeamworkCommunicationFlexibilityEmpathyOrganisationAdaptabilityWhat you'll needTo be outgoing and have a passion for building strong relationships with customersYou’ll have a strong understanding of how to provide a great customer experienceYou’ll be a passionate team player who wants to work in a collaborative, tight knit environment.Details We will invest in your professional training and development!Shifts are 8 hours between 8am - 10pm weekdays, on a rota basis.
