We’re expanding our Electric Vehicle Growth Team in London! We're looking for an Activation Events Manager, who will be looking after our electric vehicle roadshow events calendar across the UK.
You will be the face and the voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles, bringing together our EV Specialists and customers, as well as working on incredible discovery days and drive days for potential customers.
A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must, with a strong understanding of the process and importance of customer service and teamwork.What you'll do Coordinate a wide range of events including test drive events, discovery days and corporate and industry welcome days.Work with the team to ensure everything is in place and everyone is fully briefedLiaise with our Account Management team, and organise a jam packed calendar of events for our teams to demonstrate the benefits of going green and driving an EVFind great venues and agree competitive rates to host our events Coordinate all marketing activity in the run up to and across our roadshow events Manage all logistics to ensure the cars, team, marketing materials and events equipment are at the event on time and on budgetEnsure the events run like a dreamWhat you'll needHigh energy, professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with a flare for solving problems in innovative projects A passion for excellent customer experience Experience in project management and/or event management/roadshow team would be extremely beneficialA proven track record of taking initiative and delivering projectsWhy else you'll love it hereWondering what the salary for this role is?
