Strong knowledge of consumer technology and trends in the startup ecosystem
Experience with fundraising, term sheets, and partnership deals
Acute empathy towards the founder journey: either through personal entrepreneurial experience or working very closely with startup CEOs
Self-starter energy, an ability to work with little direction and process
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Passion for supporting entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented groups
A commitment to Mozilla’s Mission to build a healthier internet and dedication to help solve issues such as unintended consequences of technology, discrimination, bias, misinformation, privacy abuse, and others
