You’ll be responsible for carrying out the B2B strategy for digital marketing, set by our Head of Content; We'd love you to have experience with PPC, organic social, paid social advertising, SEO, CRM and manage & analyse the performance of our B2B website.
Success will be measured on your ability to cost-effectively engage, acquire and consistently move our enterprise prospects through the marketing and sales funnel using a variety of creative tools and channels, as well as your ability to influence the perception of Wagestream across digital channels and performance metrics on our website.

You'll report into our Head of Content and work closely with our Strategic Comms Director as well as our dedicated graphic designer, with additional CRM and digital marketing resources embedded in other parts of the business.
What will you be doing?:
Work with the Head of Content to define an ABM growth strategy that identifies the most cost-effective channels to influence and inspire our buyers through the funnel
Build creative content and design relevant and engaging campaigns
Implement, manage and report digital marketing activities such as Paid Social, Email Marketing, CRM and marketing automation programs
You will create a testing and experimentation framework for continuous improvement
Manage the performance of the global B2B website, ensuring conversion is optimised and there’s a clear strategy for lead generation and free-to-access content
Implementing an SEO strategy aimed at decreasing customer acquisition costs and making Wagestream the most visible player in the financial wellbeing space
Experience and success in digital marketing, preference with experience in B2B SaaS
Experience running digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, with a focus on lead generation.
Experience running email marketing campaigns, comfortable using marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo
An understanding of B2B customer lifecycle and have worked closely with sales teams/SDRs on messaging at different stages of the funnel

Has experience running and promoting webinars
