Responsibilities & tasks
Serve as a trusted advocate and guide for our clients, leveraging your experience in clinical/organisational psychology or mental health support to deliver exceptional customer success.
Apply your in-depth understanding of human behaviour and mental health challenges, your ability to use data and insights to offer personalised solutions and strategies that empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Build strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their concerns and needs, and providing empathetic support throughout their MyMynd experience.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, translating client feedback and requirements into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement of our platform and services.
Conduct training sessions and workshops, sharing your knowledge / expertise to equip clients and their staff with the knowledge and tools they need to grow and improve using the MyMynd platform and enhance their mental well-being.
Proactively monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional support or resources, and ensuring their success and satisfaction on our platform.
Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Showcasing your ability to cultivate strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Solid background in frontline clinical / occupational psychology or mental health support, providing you with the necessary expertise to navigate the challenges clients face.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to effectively convey complex concepts and tailor your approach to meet individual client needs.
Empathy and compassion are ingrained in your approach, as you have first-hand experience supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that no client concern goes unnoticed or unresolved.
Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment where you can make a tangible difference.
Familiarity with digital platforms and technology, enabling you to effectively guide clients to use / benefit from the features and resources available through MyMynd.
Genuine passion for transforming the mental health landscape and a strong desire to contribute to the wellbeing of individuals and communities.
