Ripple is a revolutionary clean energy ownership platform. We enable people to part own large scale wind farms and have the green, low cost electricity they produce supplied to their homes via the grid.
Our customers make us. We want every customer to be a Ripple ambassador, eager to tell the world how great we are. To do that we need every customer experience, whether on our website chat or phone, to delight and engage.
We are looking for someone experienced in delivering high quality customer support. Experience in the energy sector would be highly advantageous.
Deliver fantastic customer support for both household and business customers
Manage website chats, emails and phone calls quickly and professionally
Ensure our customer communications reflect Ripple’s values of openness, honesty as well as meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
Experience in online customer support, ideally in the energy sector
A highly motivated individual
Able to work effectively and independently
Thrives in a one-team, fast paced start-up environment
Ability to cover our opening hours (9am-6.30pm weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays)
Must be based in the UK
£24k salary (pro rata)
Flexible working - home based or in our London or Ayr office or hybrid
Friendly + supportive team
25 days holiday pro rata (plus 1 day per year of service up to 30 days max.)
