The Opportunity:

Marketing at Wagestream is different because we are - our focus is creating compelling content across different mediums and formats to educate and lead our market on financial wellbeing and how Wagestream can help. Financial wellbeing is a global problem and we are a global solution.

The marketing team works across multiple streams - news, product, engagement, lead generation, events and PR - we collaborate closely with all other teams in Australia but also work closely with our Global counterparts to ensure that marketing at Wagestream is consistent and powerful.

The Team:

You will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for content creation focused on employee activation and developing a stream of work focused on employer advocacy. You’ll create strong relationships with our employer partners to understand how to best communicate about Wagestream to employees and work closely with the Customer Success team.

You’ll also use data to see where improvements could be made in regards to content delivery in the Wagestream app to increase tool adoption and solve customer problems.

This is a creative and operational role. You’ll be both strategic and tactical, responsible for implementation and a valued contributor to our Marketing roadmap with the opportunity to develop and broaden your role.

What will you be doing?:

Creating compelling content for a wide variety of audiences, including employers, employees and app users by:

Building content campaigns that get high engagement amongst employees at our partner organisations, such as roadshows, competitions and email campaigns
Capturing employer testimonials that outline the benefits of implementing Wagestream from a business perspective
Developing in-app content journeys to increase uptake of various tools and features

Proven and recurring success in a similar capacity
Experience writing for a variety of audiences
Proven skills in time management, organisation and prioritisation of competing deadlines
Strong stakeholder management skills

We know that money is only one part of the package, but still important, so for this role we have a starting salary of $90-110k + superannuation depending on experience.
