You’d be joining a team of 100 talented, ambitious people, growing in Europe, Australia and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.
The importance of financial wellbeing is still being understood by employers and employees in Australia. The key objective of this role is to help more businesses and their teams understand why financial wellbeing is such an integral part of overall wellbeing, as well as what tools are available to help improve financial wellbeing. To do this we need someone to help us reach the right people at the right time with targeted campaigns.
What will you be doing?:
Driving and managing all paid B2B ABM campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks
Building campaigns that get high engagement amongst employees at our partner organisations, such as roadshows, competitions and email campaigns
Setting an event marketing strategy and supporting with post-event campaigns
Reporting on the performance of campaigns
Optimising campaigns using metrics and data, such as lead volume and conversion, program pipeline, velocity in funnel metrics, opportunity conversion
Responsibilities & tasks
Within 1 month you’ll have:
Spent time with everyone in the team, gaining an understanding of the priorities and how our tools build financial wellbeing
Spoken to a handful of people who use the app to get a sense of the impact Wagestream has
Proposed and drafted a B2B campaign to reach prospects in key industries
Attended several launches at new customers to understand the way they work and what can be done to drive adoption
Within 3 months you’ll have:
Taken learnings from your first B2B campaign and launched a second campaign to reach prospects in key industries
Developed a campaign strategy for launches at new customers to ensure we’re reaching the maximum amount of employees possible
Created a list of key events and provided analysis as to their suitability
Within 6 months you’ll have:
Developed a framework for B2B campaigns and tested several channels to show what’s most effective
Tested several types of campaigns for customer launches with an industry-specific approach to see what drives the highest adoption and where improvements can be made
Booked in events for 2023 and proposed a list of the assets needed
Skills & qualifications
2-5 years of experience
Proven skills in time management, organisation and prioritisation of competing deadlines
Experience with campaign analysis for optimisation, as well as creating or editing reporting dashboards for digital marketing performance
An eye for design and the ability to create briefings for acquisition ads and campaigns, as well as website updates
Experience running B2B campaigns and executing an events strategy is ideal, but not essential. You’ll have the ability to learn from the team in Sydney, as well as those in the UK, US and Spain who are doing similar things.
