Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager at Infarm, you will help us to achieve operational excellence throughout our various businesses. Therefore, you will work together with multiple teams to get the relevant data and analyse it to find ways for continuous improvements. In that position, you will have a lasting influence on Infarm's growth. 

Ideally you are located in Berlin, but we could also imagine a remote setup (within Germany) for that position. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Use a data-driven approach to analyse performance of our various businesses and recommend areas for improvement (linked to the improvement plans) that lead to long-term operational excellence across our markets

Define and lead regular review of the Infarm growth and expansion plan (Long Range Plan), prepare and lead reportings of performance. 

Partner with Central teams and production teams to support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, support on its monthly, quarterly and yearly monitoring (MBR, QBR)

Help define global and local strategic priorities and OKRs in the context of the company strategy, measure and report on progress toward key results, escalating risks to leadership and removing roadblocks as needed

Own cross-functional complex projects to the success of the sites operations across our markets

On a case by case basis, define, support, deploy and monitor customer retention initiatives (NPS, customer sentiment, feedback loop, etc)

On a case by case basis, define alternative business and operating models, such as the Made with Infarm strategy and deployment preparation

On a case by case basis, support local initiatives linked to business and operations improvement

On a case by case basis, act as an internal consulting support to provide analytical presentations to central and local leadership

 

Requirements

Master degree in Business or Engineering

At least 3 years of previous experience in Consulting and/or fast growing start-ups environment

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively motivate and influence others.

Outstanding organisational and analytical skills

Capacity to inspire and generate continuity

Proven skills for teamwork and collaboration

Proficient in Office software: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
