We’re looking for an exceptional B2C CRM Specialist to join the global Consumer Media & Digital team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen.

Your mission

As a B2C CRM Manager, you will help develop and implement initiatives in email, in-app and push to help newly registered users become familiar with the app, find their first meal and turn them into lifelong brand advocates. 

Working closely with dedicated product teams, you will explore, test and implement advanced solutions to build valuable experiences through every marketing touchpoint across our automated CRM program to improve the activation and retention of our users along the lifecycle. 

As the owner of product marketing, you will be responsible for the go to market strategy for new product developments. You will optimise the messaging about new features to our user and the delivery across multiple channels for maximum impact in terms of user engagement and reactivation. 

As part of the global Consumer Media & Digital team you will work alongside other CRM specialists focused on building a coherent user lifecycle across multiple digital marketing channels and synching it with the in-app experience. 

The B2C CRM Manager will be located in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Associate Director of Consumer Media & Digital.

Your role

Own technical marketing channels for CRM automations including email, push and in-app messages from beginning to end (planning, execution, analysis and optimisation) communicating to +60mn users

Improve current CRM automations for 17 countries and build on top to create an integrated 360 re-engagement strategy working closely with dedicated product teams

Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM platform’s functionality and ensuring the adaptation of its technological advancements 

Planning, execution and analysis of user lifecycle optimisations via a/b and multivariate testing and other strategies to drive user engagement throughout the funnel

Full ownership of product marketing campaigns for new product developments

Broadcast campaign results and synthesise takeaways for leadership team

Identify and test new touchpoints in the user journey that can be leveraged with CRM activities to turn new registered users into paying users

Ensure stellar representation of the brand in all email and mobile engagement marketing channels


Previous experience of CRM automation and user lifecycle marketing experience

Hands-on experience with a mobile engagement platform (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Clevertap etc.)

Experience working with product and tech functions to craft and test new automated solutions to drive user engagement utilising email, push and in-app messages

Demonstrated experience working within a test and learn environment; solid understanding of how to implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, report on results, optimise and iterate

Understanding of and previous experience using complex liquid logic/dynamic content to personalise CRM communications

Previous experience in an App-based company preferred

Prominent international mindset with strong business acumen

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast-growing environment

Being truly passionate about food waste and sustainability is a must

Top-of-the-class English speaker – All the communication in the global team will be in English
