We’re on a mission to change this and are building our team right now! Our app connecting businesses with unsold food, and consumers willing to buy at a discounted rate has grown since 2016 to become the biggest in Europe, with over 60.2 Million users, and more than 149 million meals saved.

We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our amazing Success at Too Good To Go Spain!

Your mission

You will be the voice to our partners (sometimes users!) and turn them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly account management and care. This is a maternity leave cover, you will join our brilliant Success team during 7 months, reporting directly to the Partner Team Lead. 

 

Your role

You will be the main point of contact for our partners ensuring they receive outstanding service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone.

You will build strong working relationships with partners, understand their priorities and needs, and improve performance.

You will build and implement processes to encourage, inspire and empower our partners and consumers towards a more sustainable behaviour.

You will be our best ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of our brand. 

You will collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early on and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

You have experience in B2B Account Management.

You are fully proficient in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2).

You’re a first-class and inspiring communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high.

You enjoy gaining insights from data and collaborating with other teams to enhance processes and efficiency.

You are empathetic and remain professional and helpful under pressure.

You are a team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners

You are detail-oriented and stay focussed even when you have to handle repetitive tasks.
