Lime is hiring an Associate, Logistics Partner Success (AMER-APAC) to join our Logistics Partner (LP) Success team. LPs are logistics companies that Lime partners with to help run the company’s on-field operations, such as swapping batteries and moving Lime vehicles from areas of low demand to high demand. Team: The LP Success team owns and drives LP lead generation, acquisition, onboarding, and training. This includes estimating labor requirements, creating processes to meet the right quantity and quality of LP candidates, and creating and maintaining systems to nurture LPs such that they have the right resources to succeed at Lime. The LP Success team works as part of Global Ops, which is the central team responsible for supporting Lime’s local operations teams globally with the right strategic resources to succeed. Role: In this role, you will work closely with local market managers in AMER-APAC to understand LP related requirements and challenges, and work on solving them through partnering with teams such as Local Operations, Battery Operations , Data Science, Finance, and Product. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup culture and with both internal and external partners. You will be comfortable working within an evolving environment. You are an in the moment problem solver and are able to stay focused on building and scaling for the future. We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. It is preferred that this role is based in any US city where Lime has its operations as you will be required to occasionally work from or visit a Lime warehouse.
What you'll do: Be an owner - Own labor acquisition, onboarding, and training for AMER-APAC markets. You will work with local markets to learn their market’s labor needs and acquire and support LPs. This will require building strong relationships and understanding of the operations in various Lime markets, be hands-on with speaking with LPs to identify strong partners for Lime, and support their onboarding and training. Be a self-starter - You will have the opportunity to create several processes from scratch and generate ideas to drive efficiencies in the process. You will self-identify challenges and work cross-functionally to solve them.Scrappy and hands-on - Working at a startup means that not everything will go according to plan, especially during the peak season. You should be a strong multi-tasker who likes taking a hands-on approach to solving problems.Drive results - You will be responsible for meeting labor needs of various markets, a process that is critical for Lime to maintain its fleet and run operations. Once the partnership is established with the LPs, you’ll also coordinate and assist the LPs with onboarding and training processes. This will be a high-impact role with a big opportunity to solve some of Lime’s most important challenges.Communicate and work cross functionally with various teams to solve challenges faced by LPs and those faced by local markets with respect to maintaining strong partnerships with LPs.
About you: B.A/B.S. or equivalent required0 -2 years in a startup cultureComfortable working with Google Suite and MS Excel. The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $89,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
