We are developing a strategy for diversity and inclusion. We have an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group to monitor the effective planning and delivery of the programmes of work. We produced a vision for race equity at Social Finance (see below) and established a Race Equity Advisory Group to provide expert insight and challenge.
