In 2015, dealing with energy suppliers was - frankly - a bit rubbish. Call waiting times were long, prices weren’t competitive and renewables were the exception rather than the norm. That’s why we (hi, we’re Simon and Charlie, school friends who got into the energy industry together) set about building a renewable energy company that has customer service at its heart and a commitment to offering tariffs that are among the most competitively priced on the market, green or not.
