πŸ” Our mission & vision

Routes breaks down barriers for both refugee and working women in the UK, enabling them to become an integral part of the workforce and future leaders. With advanced mentor training, professional women sharpen their leadership skills and are exposed to new realities through helping refugee and asylum-seeking women to access meaningful employment and education opportunities.

🌍 Our impact & how we measure it

We have a positive impact on our mentees through the support they are given by their mentors. On average, our mentees feel at least 50% closer to achieving their goal at the end of the programme.

We also track the learning of our mentors, which shows us their development in non-directive leadership skills.
